Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. Overall victra is a great company to work for, great teamwork culture and one of the best commission structures out there. The only thing I don't like is that we get overloaded with meetings that I find aren't beneficial anymore because there are so many of them.
