Victra is an exceptionally good company, but as is the case too often is largely too focused on micromanagement. Leaders are over worked and often times undervalued. Work life balance is FAR from optimal.

Base Salaries are light for the workload. We end up working 70-80 hours/week. Per store salary is 22kish/year. I understand the value of the bonuses but those only apply if performance is exceptional. Higher salaries indicate a people focused culture
