Went on a strike team during the GoWireless acquisition and i told them how great this would be and i truly meant it. At that time Victra DID have our best interest at heart, and i spoke to all those things and how excited they should be. I could not deliver the same message for many reasons today

I do believe they want to be a people first organization but forgot how along the way or bit off more than they can chew so they are unable to provide that anymore, whether they want to or not

Morale is down across the board from reps to leadership. Simpler paths to success. Celebrating the people that are good embassadors of Victra and Verizon, not the crooks who have collected huge sums of money by scamming victra and the guests while the ones who do it right took MASSIVE paycuts $20k+
