I have been here 16 years and enjoyed nearly every minute of my time. I worked for another OEM before coming here, and it's been a night and day difference. With my prior employer I felt like a number; at Volvo Cars, I feel like I'm part of a family.

The CBV-CD (VELP) vehicles are an amazing benefit, especially for younger drivers (like teenage children).

We say we a a "people first" company and I believe we act that way towards our employees.

They have established a great culture and communicate very well with both the internal team and external customers (retailers).

I count many of my colleagues among my closest friends; it's a real pleasure to work with people who's company you enjoy.

CBV-CD. I know it's kind of on pause right now due to inventory, but it's a tremendous benefit that I'm guessing those not close to the retail business may not realize.

My team is family. We truly care for one another, we look out for one another, and we sometimes disagree. All things that are true in my real family as well.

My team is spread out all over the country, so my favorite days are when we can all get together. As I type this, we have a big meeting next week and I'm beyond excited for it.

Our executive team is very transparent about our goals and initiatives, and is also very good at explaining potential headwinds. This allows everyone to be informed on what's going on even at the highest levels of the organization.
