My experience with Volvo has been a very good one. While it's challenging at times, that has only spurred growth within me and helped me become comfortable with situations or tasks that I would have previously refrained from. My employment has been very beneficial for me and I am thankful to be here
I like how they communicate to the organization about what and why they do what they do.
I like how personable and transparent Anders G is. We never have to guess if he is being truthful.
I enjoy the ability to lease a vehicle, the excellent health coverage, and culture within Volvo as a whole.
If we include the CBV program, I would highlight that as our best part. If not, I would choose our merit and bonus structure.
We recognize that we all have our faults and strengths, however, we always get the job done and help each other out when needed.
Finding new fixes to problems that affect my team that are outside the scope of my role. I love identifying and correcting issues as they arise.
I am most happy at work when I see our team overcome the challenges were faced with. When put in a difficult spot, achieving our goals regardless of the roadblocks is satisfying.
The most positive thing about the culture and environment at Volvo is everyone's support with growing their team, not just in their current role, but in preparing them for potential future roles as well.
I would think more focus would be highly beneficial to the team. I believe we could work better together if we had better direction on how to utilize our time when many things need to be completed.
The work life balance. If something comes up and I need to work from home, it is never an issue. If something comes up and I can't work at all, it is also not an issue as the team is readily willing and able to assist and cover.
