
The experience was enjoyable and great at first, where I felt supported and valued as an employee. However after recent changes in executive leadership and management, leadership seem to believe employees are expendable and replaceable.

My manager generally is very unreliable and does not boost morale not do they seem to care about and support the team
Compensation of at least $21 per hr. We should also revieve additional compensation when given more responsibility and roles within the department and incentive for the additional work being done
Supporting the team. Upkeeping morale without scolding, pointing out negative qualities in employees, or cursing at employees. Manager should use positive enforcement and encouragement, without diverting uncontrollable factors as the faults of the employees
Compensation for my position does not meet the needs of a living wage. It also does not reflect nor has been adjusted alongside rising inflation rates. We are required to provide a greater output in work and hours without incentive.
