Able to voice out opinions without being scared
They try to be transparent
Easy to communicate with and will voice things that would help
Nothing. The new CEO has changed a lot and peopl are not happy
Most workers are juggling multiple tasks that don't reflect what we should be paid
Not much is great about working in lab. We're over worked for low pay
Decisions are made by upper management without consulting people in lab to best see how things would work
Be better at keeping pay equal to work experience. e.g.. someone that's been a CLS 3 longer should not be making less than someone newly promoted to CLS 3
Management and the executive team don't seem like they care about lab. Giving food will only act as a bandage to the underlying problem that is the low pay. Paying competitively would fix that
They need to have better pay to keep good CLSs. There are a lot of CLA openings in the area and those companies pay easily 20% more. There isn't anything special at Ambry for people to stay at a lower pay
A lot of good workers have left due to higher pay. A lot of people here do more work when compared to other CLSs at other companies but, get paid a lot less. Getting paid competitively and seeing management care about us would help
Benefits have gotten worse for the upcoming year with the transition to Tempus benefits. Much more expensive medical with lack of options. Loss of holidays that are covered by the company and loss of the flexibility on how holidays are viewed by the lab.
