When I first started, it was great and I really was looking forward to take on the opportunities given here. The opportunities that I was interested in was given away to someone new or to someone that was favored already in the company. Now I feel undervalued and now have anxiety. Thanks.
Relaxed and not being micro-managed (yet).
Sometimes we get free lunch.
A lot is going on, and nothing will be improved with what we say. It's already been decided.
Be more transparent about changes in the lab and communicate better. Favoritism is clear and environment is becoming toxic
I've been in the company for while and don't get the pay I deserve. New hires are being paid more with less experience and makes me question myself and what the company wants.
I wish there was better communication and respect among co-workers. Gossip is apparent and you start to feel ostracized if you're not liked. The work environment is filled with anxiety and becomes harder to work.
So much toxicity in the environment. Some coworkers respect each other and others try to throw others under the bus or belittle them. Little to no accountability. Some people at this company get paid to do the absolute bare minimum
I've been in this company, and new hires are getting paid more than me and we all have the same title. Even with the raise, others are still getting paid more than me and makes me feel like I'm undervalued and that my work is not good enough. Obviously, getting the same pay would make me feel better
