When Ambry was smaller it was a better place to work. Ever since Konica acquired us, things have become caring more about quarterly earnings and less about caring about employees. We seem to save and profit every quarter, but nothing goes back to employees to show how much they appreciate us.

We work together to improve the lives of patients. We all believe in Ambry's mission. However, I have seen many great employees leave because the salary is not competitive. If we want quality work, something must be done to keep high quality employees.

Employees need to have more recognition and appreciation. Clinical lab staff worked through the Covid lockdown and we did not receive hazard pay. In fact, salary reviews were postponed this year, but upper management had several promotions take place. Most were working from home during this time.

Most importantly, salary. Leadership is always about filling out surveys, but they don't they solve the issues. Salary has been a major issue and nothing has been done for years. They pretend to listen to our concerns, but they don't. Then, they wonder why employees do not fill them out.
