My experience at Ambry has been excellent. I am challenged in my position, continue to learn new things every week and have moved up in the company within a year of starting. I look forward to more advancement in the future within Ambry.
I have had a great experience at the company so far and enjoy the opportunities for advancement. The only thing that would make it better would be compensation equal to the cost of living in South Orange County.
The collaborative nature of the company.
The collaborative nature and open communication with management.
Leadership is communicative and listens to the ideas of employees.
Feeling that I'm making a difference and working with great people.
Leadership cares for us as individuals and fights for our best interests as a department.
The feeling of accomplishment, teamwork, and knowing that my work is making a difference make me most happy at work.
Working with an awesome team, seeing clear progress in my work day to day and knowing that the work I do is valuable.
The inclusivity and teamwork is something that is unique to this company. This is true both within and between departments. We all work together toward a common goal.
Our team is hard working, friendly, and always willing to help each other. We get along both in and outside of work. We care about each other as people and not just as coworkers.
My leadership team really cares about us and works very hard to fight for what is best for us. They listen to our concerns and we can see clear action to solve problems and keep morale high.
Our team is tight knit, care about each other as people and not just as coworkers. We all help each other out both inside and out of the workplace. We work together to do quality work day in and day out.
Workload has increased significantly from last year but compensation has not matched. Salary also does not match cost of living in the area. A single person cannot afford even a studio apartment within reasonable distance of the workplace on our salary.
We did not receive annual raises this year even though our department is doing twice the work as we were doing last year. I also feel that my raise due to my promotion does not correlate to the amount of extra work I have had to take on.
Our team is tight knit and almost everyone gets along with everyone else. There are not cliques and we all help each other out. We hang out outside of work often and this helps strengthen our working relationships as well. We all seem to genuinely care about each other.
I do not feel that pay is comparable to the amount of work required by the position and especially to cost of living. Raises from entry level to next level are negligible and cost of living raise was almost non-existent. We cannot afford to live in the area on our salary which is unfortunate.
