
I love my team and managers but I do not feel like our senior leadership has an accurate pulse on the future of all specialties. They focus too much on CARE platform and the oncology products and not focused on rare disease which is the purpose of a genetic testing company.
I enjoy Ambry as a company but we have trouble making progress quickly and "get in our own way" frequently
