Inclusivity, unbias and overall positive work environment
They are always there when I need them
Most people have a good attitude
We are paid fairly compared to the outside market
perseverance regardless of the ever-changing directives and sales initiatives
My direct manager and director listen and care about us
Can do attitude even when tired, frustrated and working so hard
we are all here to lift each other up throughout the day
When I have a rich training and supportive environment and I feel encouraged
I think overall it's an encouraging environment but very sales centric which can make everyone else, even though they are doing a lot of grunt work, feel less than included.
If everyone would have an opportunity to be able to be moved up in salary for how hard they work and stay dedicated even though they are overworked and underappreciated by the company.
Company needs to be proactive, instead of reactive. Build a backup plan. Stop being so sales driven and try to be reimbursement focused as well. Find replacements for the people laid off - PFS needs to have more hands and help.
Fair market at least to compete with Invitae starting salaries. People are leaving here due to this. More incentive raises throughout the year and reset of actual experience/contribution on more valuable employees to retain them. More levels for promotion within job descriptions (level 1-4)
That people are incentivized and celebrated for doing the heavy lifting, regardless of the ever changing directives, sales initiatives that make it harder to do their jobs every day. Enhanced training and staffing to accommodate extensive new directives and sales initiatives that take up time
