We have all been here a very long time. They are highly educated, passionate and the top of their field.
Many teams have consistently provided professional feedback about compensation, and how we are underpaid compared to competitors and based on years of experience. Career tracks are not broad or competitive. Ambry has to pay attention to loosing their talent due to this very serious issue.
Leadership repeats the same messaging but very little changes in the day-to-day lives of employees to make things better. Retainment of the best employees is starting to be a major issue, a lot of people who have been here for years are leaving due to lack of change.
