I can talk to them about anything. Whether it be work, life, etc. I feel like they're truly here for me and that helps us work together better as well.
Our leadership team takes a lot of time to development themselves as leaders, especially through the Together We Lead and Together We Grow programs. These show a commitment to long-lasting, impactful leadership.
I would appreciate if compensation was scaled at a base-level for each role and then further allocated based on interview, performance, acquired skills and education, etc. It needs to be a more organized process.
Everyone's pretty collaborative for the most part, which is always nice when you're walking in the hall and see a familiar face. People always say, "good morning". I absolutely loved that on my first day.
