
I like that they try to get to know everyone and you are just a number to them.
Everyone is doing their best to meet deadlines and get work finished, but doesn't sacrifice the work life balance.
Everyone tends to get along and have similar goals. It is nice to see people striving for a common purpose.
When I am able to solve a lingering problem or come up with an elegantly simple solution to an outstanding problem.
It was a very long process for me, I think it is good though because it makes sure everyone agrees with the culture fit of the individual.
I personally think the trip they do every year and the get togethers are really nice, the health benefits are probably average, the compensation is most likely above market and they do have a bonus program as well.
