The best part of the compensation is the paid time off, which is very generous, and can actually be used based on the companies belief (and actual behavior) around having a work / life balance.

The most positive item is that their culture is real and is embodied from the CEO across and down through the company. The company is not focused solely on "resource utilization", but life balance, integrity, community involvement, innovation and doing what's right (both to client and co-workers).

The leadership team exhibits the core values the company believes in and lives this. This includes a high level of transparency and integrity that I haven't seen at other companies. Additionally, they care about the company employees and clients at a way I haven't seen or experienced before.

I liked the fact that the interview process didn't focus solely on ability to do the work in the job description, but also focused on cultural fit and long term potential. The hiring was done with a "career" in mind, not just a "job" or "role that needed to be filled".

The things that make me most happy at work are working with my co-workers in a truly collaborative environment, knowing it's an open and honest environment. I also get a chance to work with client and various different projects that bring opportunities to be challenged and learn at the same time.

My team has varied skills and is very collaborative and approachable on both on client facing projects, as well as with just knowledge sharing. They are eager to assist and the environment is not at all competitive in a negative way as at other companies. Many of my team members are also friends.
