The ability to interact with multiple people from different areas of the company. Hearing all of their perspectives on their time with Centric and how a common thread of positive experiences were woven through each interaction.
We work hard, but also get along on a personal level. Being in consulting, it is sometimes hard to interact with your co-workers that are not on the same client project. Centric encourages these interactions and effectively mixes virtual and in person events and communication.
The ability to have an impact and contribute to something larger on a day-to-day basis. As well as feeling that I am a valuable member of a team, both a smaller one on a local level, as well as a larger one at a national level.
