"Unlimited PTO" is a great benefit. While I've never taken a huge amount of it, knowing the company is that progressive and collaborative with their teams to have that kind of a benefit speaks volumes.

Not only do we get to help clients solve problems, I get to watch my team grow and flourish while they do it. Every new leader I get to help guide, is another reason I'm happy I'm here.

The interview process was very interactive and involved meeting multiple people at all levels of the organization. By the time the process was over, I knew exactly what kind of company I would be coming to work for.

Leadership is transparent, flexible and most importantly, lives the culture of unmatched employee experiences. I've lost track of the number of times leadership has gone above and beyond to help an employee with an ailing relative or sudden illness.

Leadership is everywhere. The company is not run by the original owners in a vacuum. They encourage and depends on leadership throughout the organization and take input from it. Having a C-suite who have a true open door policy to the entire company is wonderful.

We are extremely rigorous in hiring people who are not just bright and interested in working hard on cool projects, but they're also positive folks interested in collaborating. We have project teams that gel so well they've become friends outside of work and I suspect will stay that way.
