My team is always willing to help me out and point me in the right direction if they cannot help me. No one is unreachable.
Work from Home from start of position was very important for me and this allows that. There is always possibility of travel in my role and that is expected. I feel i am fairly compensated for my level of expertise and experience.
The interview period for me took around 6 months. This was a huge benefit for me as they took the time to manage me through the process, make sure we had an appropriate role and the team fit for me was good personally.
