What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always in reach, very communicative. Has a plan and shares that with the company. Listens to the employees and changes things that need to be changed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The PTO plan is terrible. It is 40 hours a year and that is all. No sick time, no personal time, etc. There should be more PTO or a separate sick time/personal time bucket. Actual pay and commission structure is great.
