
I think overall it has been great. I feel there could be better support for newer companies and staff coming in.
I definitely was not sure what to expect when working for a corporate company. I assumed we would just be numbers in a sea, but I was so wrong. Destination Pet truly invests in its employees. I feel they appreciate and acknowledge that we help make this company what it is.

I think overall communication with new employees being attained during acquisition. I feel like I can ask questions, but don't always get clear answer's and don't always get the help that is needed to do things the way Dest Pet prefers, or when being overwhelmed with things.
