I dont feel supported by my HR or corporate departments.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love the vision this company has. I love the people in my region. I just feel very unsupported by HR and other dept which is highly draining and with everything that gets thrown at you daily, I don't know if it is sustainable long term if there isn't a change.

GM's within our region are wonderful at supporting each other.

Getting more in touch with the "boots on the ground" workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no support from HR, or anyone minus a few select few in corporate.

For the amount of work GM's do around the clock, they are not paid fairly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the desire to be supportive is there amongst some departments, but the ability to execute that is not there.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Supporting GM's. HR needs to support the GM's more. The Handbook needs to be clear and HR as well as the employees need to adhere to it and not deviate randomly. Corporate needs to offer more support since we cannot get a lot of things done without them.
