being able to come talk to my coworkers about any problems i am having

i feel as though i should be paid higher with being trained in different departments

Some coworkers make it worth it and the dogs you get attached to are a plus

If managers and every department would communicate appropriately. Managers would actually address certain issues and not overlook them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actually do their jobs and not get away with half the things they get away with. A lot of them are too sensitive for constructive criticism even when its presented in the most respectful way. A lot of them are petty and lazy.
