
Listen to the employees! AT&T makes changes that negatively affect the customers and they don't have to explain it, and we can't.
Leadership never knows what is going on and they lie to cover up their mistakes instead of owning them, making us have no trust in them.
AT&T doesn't seem to care about the employees, only making money. DTV made sure we were all happy so we would make customers happy in return
We have to deal with the angry customers and yet have to sit back and get belittled and cursed at all day all while pretending to be happy.
