eveyrone works well as a team
taking care of the customers and serving their needs
at this time the leadership team is not communcating as it should be
at the office we work as a team and are concerned about others and customers
make pay for existing employees of many years more suitable and new hire employees less pay until they know their job
at this time the environment is not good because of the sale of branches there is not communication to handle customers inquiries
everyone working as a team, however because of sale of offices customers are very upset and therefore hard to be happy at work
starting pay rates are increasing because no one wants to work so company is paying more to new employees to hire so that accept a position but not compensating existing employees being here for years
