If it weren't for the flexibility my boss offers me, I would have burnt out from this job a year or two ago. This place expects high quality work, for peanuts. Fix the annual increases.
Better pay, better time off
Everyone is great at what they do, and we always have a good time together.
The company can do a better job of focusing on the majority, and not the minority.
My team is the only reason why I've stayed on at this bank. No other reason would have kept me here this long.
I don't feel that my skills are being utilized and I feel that I'm underappreciated for what I do. Looking at other jobs because of how overlooked I feel.
Because I'm underpaid and I think the PTO can be better for everyone all around. Not asking for exec PTO, but get us closer. What would make me feel better is to be paid what my position actually is worth, not some arbitrary number you think is right.
Stop putting so much focus into band aid fixes like DEI and ERG and start focusing on employee wellbeing. Do more for your people and stop spending so much money on erroneous things that add zero benefit to the organization outside of bullet points that the company is doing our part.
Focusing less on DEI and focusing on the employees. The retention rate at this bank is laughable, and I know I'm looking at other jobs because there is nothing that this bank offers, especially when it comes to annual increases which is an absolute joke for our size of bank, to keep me here.
