I had no banking experience when I came in and my manager helped me become a banker
more and more things are pushed on the front-line people, to do more with less
I fell we do not get support from upper mgt
we are family and work well together
the team I work with is great
doing a great job for the customer
getting a thank you from our customers
we are like family, and friends
its people, and the time we spend together
I dont have anything to add
we all get along with each other well
tellers get increases and MGT don't
I dont want to coment
we are like family, we care about each other
getting the job done right
our manager is great we get no support from above
we are like family, and we care about each other
kudo's, and getting noticed when I do a good job
goals are not reachable, hard to meet all the demands, short staffed
come work at a branch once a month to see what we do everyday
there is no positive outlook, on the front line we are asked to do to much
rate of pay for what we are asked to do is unfair, UB banking should be paid more
when we are sick it's hard to take off because we are short staffed, and don't want to let the team down
we are asked to do more with no more pay, get rid of the point system and let us take care of our customers
stop changing the way we get points and pay outs in the middle of a quarter, upper mgt makes changes to benefit them self's and don't help the people in the trenches
