Three of us from the Platform work together. We will help each other out.
We are short staffed and it's hard to get help. Which pulls the platform form their job.
My position has to now finish online loans and not get anything out of it. Since I started in this position it seems like we have more responsibility.
The management needs to stop babying the Service Associates and not Favor the CRB. Plus, it would help if the Market Leader wouldn't favor the new CRB.
The platform has to do their job, a service associate job. and if online gets a loan and the customer wants to sign them, we end up doing that too.
First of all, they all should show up at work on time. The Asst. Manager is always running late, and nobody says anything. The other thing is we all need to work as a team.
The service associate needs to know how to do recommendations and how to call customers. The platform needs to be able to work together. With our points system we need to work together to make sure we all get our points.
When you talk to Management about the issue at the Branch nothing gets done. Coming from a SA position I know the pay is close to a CRR position. The CRR has more responsibilities than the SA's. I just don't think the pay is far.
The Platform does more work than SA and sometime the management. When the branch is short staffed, the platform are the ones working as SA. I have missed out on a lot of points because I'm working the teller line. Even with me working the teller line I still have to make my goals.
