My co-workers in my department.
We all work hard and will step in to help.
Doing the job I do with the Team I work with.
I believe they have the necessary experience needed to manage the organization.
We work together and are willing to jump in at any time to assist others
Being more transparent. Communicate and explain what is happening. That way EMT cannot be angry when rumors are going around.
Paid below market. Recent job grad adjustments were not well explained and further show how the organization does not value employee skill
We work well together - which is important - as we are currently short team members. No one on our team will use the excuse "its not my job" - and everyone will pitch in to help.
For my role, I am paid considerably less than others at banks of a similar size. Also, with cost of living continuing to rise, there needs to be some sort of adjustment to assist with daily living expenses.
For the skillset I am expected to bring to the organization, my pay does not compensate this. Additionally, the recent changes around job codes/pay LOWERED the starting pay for this position, which leads me to believe that the Bank thinks I am overpaid. It is not a good feeling.
