The positivity does not stretch down to retail employees
I am most happy being able to interact with our customers
No leadership. Managers do not even come to work half the time
We can vent to each other and try to make the day bearable
If management showed up to work. If, while they were here. they helped out instead of playing on their phones. If they led their teams by example.
I love our customers and enjoy interacting with them on a daily basis. It makes me fell good to be able to help them with all aspects of their finances.
I would feel better if I actually were compensated for the work that I do. Instead, management gets the big bonuses after only showing up to work 20 to 30 hours a week.
Only get a 25 minute lunch in order to make it a 40 hour work week. Get in trouble for even one minute of OT. Management never works a 40 hour week but gets over an hour for lunch.
Management hires "friends" who are not capable of working a computer, let alone dealing with people's finances. So many new hires cannot even count. Management does not care what is happening on the teller line as long as it does not affect them and they can get their bonus
