I view our region as a team but the overall department as a group. There is a lot of disconnect between the group and varying degrees of experience and knowledge. When offering help, it is often declined.

FMB is a great place to work. The culture aligns with my beliefs and ideals. In my opinion, it is never about the "work" but more about the people that I work with and the company that I work for that push me to stay. I plan to retire from FMB.
