
Being a newer team member to FMB I am getting the feeling that most everything is black and white, if it doesn't fit into a box then we won't be able to assist. I also feel that we are reactionary vs. proactive.

LOB Integration issues continue today.
Willingness to do joint calls to promote fee income opportunities
Appears to be active in the market, willing to meet with clients.
Technology is an issue and from my Executive communication it may be improving.
My division is great, really appreciate the Division Executive and his willingness to listen.
My Executive is consistent on his message to me individually or in public at least at the events I attended.
I would like to have a better understanding of the P&L and how/if it relates to the lines of businesses as opposed to bank wide payment structure.
