Everyone is so welcoming. When I started a year ago between my team, the ERG's, the other departments I sit near at Meridian Plaza, and Mike Stewart were all so generous and welcoming.

FMB's compensation within my role is very low in comparison to the same position at other financial institutions. The annual raise for 2024 with an economy that has made the cost of living so much higher, a 1.5% increase when exceeding expectations was very discouraging and left me feeling notvalued
