The leadership team on the commercial side of the bank and the direction. they need to listen more to what is going on in the markets and design goals, plans, etc around that
the compensation package is unattainable. Also, the goals we have are unrealistic and not comparable to other financial institutions. The sales contest that was recently implemented in a joke and very clunky, not motivating at all
The leadership team does a poor job at communication. Additionally, the goals that are set are not attainable and are unrealistic. The President of the commercial bank is out of touch and does not relate well to the teams that he leads. He does not see the value in relationships and how to build
