i dont have anything to say
toxic environment, pay is subpar for the work that is expected from management.
we all are accepting of one another
we work productively together in the banking center
seeing our customers happy, and helping them financially
interacting with our customers on a daily basis
not sure what i like
i like when they show appreciation to the team
i am not too sure
reliable, dependable, can be fun
the help they offer when needed, the daily conversations
we work well together, most of us that is
some of our older clients/customers.
seeing customers satisfied and happy
higher pay, better health benefits,
interacting with our customers daily, small talk with some employees
we communicate well with one another, and get along very well
the negative environment that management brings to the facility could be better.
better pay, having coworkers who want to work and not just watch everyone else work
better raises, more vacation time, or extra vacation time before 5 year mark. better insurance.
I believe higher pay is needed, as well as better health plans/benefits. first merchants health plans are not good, they could be much better
some of us can work together as a team others are just skating by and i am required to do their job that THEY are getting paid to do
I feel like we are underpaid for the work that we do and should be compensated more on our hourly pay, our company health insurance is too expensive and coverage is not good enough,
i feel as though i should be paid higher, raises are less than subpar, and benefits as in insurance is horrible. we should have a better insurance plan not to mention better pay and raises
better pay, compensated for the work load that i as a teller take on with the company, the slack that i and other tellers have to pick up due to others not doing their job. need to hire more competent employees, that care about the job.
I feel i am not compensated fairly, new employees should not be making the same amount as an existing employee, as for raises they could be better. pennies on the dollar do not retain employees. health benefits could be better than what they are for a multi million dollar company. do better!!
