
It has been good but I am on my own island from time to time.
Has come and hone in waves. Of the past 6 months very bad. Some unethical practices have been swept under the rug. HR took private discussion to the indiviudals they were about. I feel as if reporting any compliabe issues would get me fired or atleast make my work very dofficult.
Opportunity to earn more in my role.

The leadership team is very accessible.

Winning for our clients, and seeing them succeed.
Making my pay is the bestbthing.
I need more time at FMB to gauge that.
Great family environment that is always willing to help.
The people are the only reason ove stayed tjisnlong.

Nothing really. Inwoudl say the general consensus at FMB is that it is all about mgmt making miney and getting the share holders their returns. Their is no career pathing. No discussions on getting better.
Communicate with employees. U derstand they pay below market rate. Admit they dont know everything. There is little to no clarity in this whole company. Its is a a few lines of business that are silo'd off. No across business communications.
I was told my compensation package would work differently. My team is understaffed by 3 roles and there is no plan to re hire. With this no bonuses or raises have been issued to say ty for all the extra work. While management continues to get their bonuses.
