
I like my career and the people I work with, however, the processes and systems are challenging.
My experience has been mostly positive, however, I believe that more training, accountability, streamlining and empowerment would really help with the processes.

They try hard to get things done in a timely manner.
The company would benefit from streamlined processes, empowering employees and better software systems.
I feel I can tell them my honest thoughts, and voice my concerns openly.
They are trying. I believe some could use some empowerment and training to better fulfill their responsibilities.
I like that some are willing to go the extra mile to educate and train on procedures that can be challenging.
I feel I deserve to be paid more based on my individual performance within the organization and team interactions to getting tasks accomplished.
I would like to be compensation that matches the amount of work I perform, earnings I maintain/generate and my skill set, not my title.
I believe management wants comradery amongst the employees however, I think there is a divide with knowing and understanding the procedures/responsibilities of each dept in order to service clients.
I think employees could be more educated on aspects of their jobs vs. just checking boxes. And NO cell phones to be used to watch videos at desk.
I would like to have a better processes, have some administrative tasks delegated to administrative staff, see people be held accountable, have adiministrative staff available between hours 9am to 4pm and be more empowered in some aspects of my job.
