That I am able to work remotely.
Everyone is friendly, and usually in good humor.
Being able to relax, mainly in my position.
Not having extreme anxiety when dealing with customers.
Being able to be my authentic self :)
High pay. Too many of us still live paycheck to paycheck.
The DEI community. Very thankful and fortunate to have that at my job.
I believe everyone deserves pay they can survive on. Lots of folks still live paycheck to paycheck.
Have answered concerns and worked toward actually doing something about them instead of acknowledging and not doing anything.
I am able to work with my accommodations and everyone is usually understanding when it comes to that.
Honestly, DEI I think has highlighted so many amazing folks and groups within the company. I know I personally benefit from being my authentic self.
We've been able to have a lot of growth within the last two years and continue to challenge ourselves and figure out ways we can still improve our processes.
I shouldn't still be living nearly paycheck to paycheck while working full-time at a bank. Base pay of $15/hr is not a livable wage, and even $17/hr (around what I make now) is difficult.
Everyone gets along well. Everyone also does their share of work, and we work together if someone needs to switch something. It's never been a problem, everyone has the same or near the same goal.
People that work for a bank, especially one that claims record profits, should not be living paycheck to paycheck. I don't even have benefits taken out of my paycheck, and still barely make it by.
I am a very outwardly queer person and my team has been very welcoming and supportive. Other people in the company have also been aware and work to making folks like me comfortable. The ERGs are awesome for fostering several communities we have here.
I really love and enjoy being involved with DEI and the ERGs in our company. While only one ERG really matches up to my identity, I love being able to learn from others' experiences in the other ERGs. Community is one of the most important things in my life, and forming one in the company is amazing
