we all get along and have fun together in and out of the office
better pay better health insurance - people avoid going to doctor due to high deductible
cost of living increases should be company-wide on top of annual raises - better insurance coverage
cost of living increases should be across the board not just for people that meet a certain pay ceiling
stop spending money on frivolous little trinkets, ice cream socials, carnivals and spend it on better pay and better health insurance and christmas bonuses
people that have worked for the company for a long period of time should not me making close to what a new employee in the same title is making
Put themselves in the employees shoes and try to live off the hourly wages we make and see how they survive in this economy without cost of living increases and minimal annual raises
not paid a livable wage in order to survive in this economy - a second income is required whether its with a spouse or roommate or we are needing a 2nd job to make ends meet
when I was hired there wasn't a training program in place but the teammates that came after me almost immediately are going through a training program and I feel as if I am being left behind
