Making a difference in the lives of employees
Leadership is approachable and I feel comfortable voicing opinions and providing thoughts on improvements.
I value paid time off. I wish there was more of it, but to me that is the best part of the benefits package.
This company has a bad history of underpaying for internal promotions. When we hire talent from outside of the company, we topically pay more than when we promote from within. Also, our APPLE incentive plan is not competitive and seems like an afterthought.
Our CEO seems to genuinely care about employees and their success. He seems approachable. My departments leadership team is amazing. I feel comfortable going to anyone in the line of leadership and feel supported and accepted for who I am and what I contribute.
We are making positive changes. I have been with FMB for almost 13 years and in the last few years we have made so much progress in employee engagement. Our previous CEO seemed to focus on the bottom line, and not employees. Our current CEO is doing a fantastic job shifting the focus equally.
The team I work with is talented, and challenges each other to be the best we can be. We all have different experiences, and bring those experiences to the table every time. My management team is the best I have ever had the pleasure to work for. I trust my direct manager, and her manager implicitly
Feeling like my work matters. I feel like I make a difference in employees lives every day. I feel fulfilled by the work I do and feel I am in the right job for this phase in my life. I also have a very close and supportive team. Their friendship and support are one of the best things about my job.
