For the most part, it's a good company. It's the technology used that becomes an issue. It makes my position difficult and confusing and has too many areas to make mistakes. Several different programs, forms, and too many screens with unnecessary fields that aren't needed.
Overall it's ok, but the people calling the shots need to know how their decisions affect, and cause issues.
It has been a roller coaster ride. There have been periods of time where everything is great and going well, then upper management changes something they think is an improvement, only to find out it makes our jobs harder and more restrictive.
Overall I like it. There are areas that need improving, and getting the new banker and teller programming will help.
Wellness program adds value to the package.
Co-workers are friendly for the most part.
We all get along and have fun.
We have a lot of fun.
Having some one is better than no one.
Health Benefits are better than most other places.
The medical insurance we are offered.
We work well as a team.
We have fun at our branch most days.
I don't have an easy answer for that.
For the most part, they are friendly and helpful.
Don't know them that well.
The medical insurance is good.
They are good about helping out on difficult issues.
We have a lot of fun, and get along.
The LGBTQ+ Teams erg group.
We have a good team that likes to work together.
I love the ERG groups; it shows we are inclusive.
When a certain person is off, or leaves me alone.
For the most part they are doing what they think is right/fare.
Our team is fun and we all get along for the most part.
The hourly pay rate, we have a 401K, and the health benefits are good.
We have a lot of fun. And we all strive to make our branch goals.
Most are amazing, but it only takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch. I feel like one employee is bias against me, but we are working on it.
