I have worked for FMB over a decade, In the dept I am in now I feel valued and liked.

I LOVE working at FMB. I also would like to add that allowing experience to equal a degree is amazing!!! I have over 20 years of banking experience but not a degree. With this change it shows you understand work history is just as important at a degree.

I really enjoy what I do and FMB overall is a good company to work for. The one thing I would encourage you guys to think about is committees for things like the Gold Shields or the EAC. It is ALWAYS the SAME people. Maybe have terms or time limits for committees so everyone has a chance to shine!

There are so many ERG that are great

Helping out customers or another employee.

Helping a customer or when I get kudos.

Feeling like I really helped someone

I think they seem nice!

Vacation time and being able to carry over sick time

Helping someone rather that be a fellow employee or customer.

I am dont know that I have an answer for that.

It keeps a roof over my head and food in my tummy

FMB welcomes EVERYONE and has several ERG groups to back that up.

We are inclusive to everyone and we have the committees to prove it!

We are all funny and hard workers. We also really help each other out when needed.

How we truly care about each other, and everyone is always willing to jump in and help!

FMB actively embraces all types of people. They celebrate every one regardless of sex. color, age etc.

There are a few of us that are really funny. Everybody is willing to help each other out when needed.

more money would be great! Recent hires are making almost as much as I make and I have been here 12 years

The seem nice. I wish though they would be at the ddc more. Before covid they were here all the time. Now I never see them.

I work remotely from my team. They have their own teams chat which I am excluded from because I am not in their office. That just make me feel like I am truly not part of my team.

They are approachable. I feel like if I saw Mark I could just walk up and say hi and even though he wouldn't have the slightest clue who I was he would still be nice and talk to me.

I love how nice and laid back Mark Hardwick and John Martin are. I bet if they were at the ddc and I talked to them they would talk back even though they have NO clue who I am. :)
