
I enjoy working for FMB. The career and development opportunities are there.
It started off great. I miss my old manager. She helped me and regularly coached me to help me get better.

We are universal, so I wish they were more proactive and willing to help with retention/compliance and assist customers.
I feel as though they keep assigning and asking us to do MORE and MORE and there's no pay incentive for the increased expectations.
