Its an amazing place to grow. I started my career here a couple of years ago, and I have enjoyed the environment and the people working in it.

It has been a great experience so far. With my co-workers at a similar skill set it has been great to grow together in our work. I also love being able to listen in on committees and consistently hear about the opportunities that First Merchants has with new borrowers.
