With most banks people gravitate towards the people that are of the same culture. This makes our office pretty much diversified.
Our manager has been on sick leave for a long time. Our upper management has sent us help which is appreciated. Not an easy task when we are so short staffed.
With FMB I understand the high standards that are set for us. But we have so many departments implementing new things at the same time! So, we are very challenged when implementation goes forth.
