Stressful at times because of being shorthanded most of the time. We had 3 people leave our branch & the 4th soon. I don't like all the turnover. I like a stable environment.

We should be paid more & part time should get medical insurance. They expect too much from us being shorthanded we have to do a lot of extra.

We all get along well! We are an oiled machine here. Everyone is fun to work with. Teamwork makes the dreamwork!! We have that at our branch for sure.

We are all different I love hearing about the different cultures. Our environment is very mellow. I thrive more when everyone is on the same level, Everyone comes in to work every day not slack!!

Most of the time we are shorthanded, so we work double. Our monthly goals aren't always achieved because of all we have to do on most days. We should get more bonuses on our own work ethic. I am always willing to work more when needed.

Dijana is the best she answers all my questions & shows me how to find them also. we could not ask for a better Manager. Andrew is great also! Don't see him a lot, but when we do he is here to help. Andrew is just a phone call away.

I am happy when everyone gets along & we do. No yelling, we are treated as we are all at the same level. Lots of respect from upper management. As the oldest here I am treated as I am their age & level & vice versa. one of the best places I have worked. Dijana makes me feel that way for sure.
