I am glad I made the switch to First Merchants from the company that I was at. I feel more secure in my job and feel like I have room to grow in what I am doing.
At this point this is just a job for me. I don't feel that connected to people nor do I feel that this is going to be a great career opportunity for me to grow.
I like working here and the people are great. This is overall a great place to work.
The level of transparency that they show.
Their willingness to improve as a team.
The benefits are above average for the market.
Willingness to work as a team.
I feel valued and heard in my department.
I get to work with people, for people.
The people the I get to work with.
The insurance that is offered.
Willingness to help out whenever you need them to.
Team mentality within the department.
They are willing to work together to solve a problem.
Transparency into what the future holds and the business as a whole.
There are a good variety of personalities working together and that adds perspective to projects.
Learning new things and accomplishing as much as I can for that that given day.
The people and the way that they work together. They treat each other like a family
Being around like-minded people. I love to help people, and everyone is here for the same reason.
I would feel better compensated if I was making what the male counterparts in the department were making.
They seem to listen and then react at first. The follow through to the end is what I am still not seeing.
I like some of the people that I work with. They are great to bounce ideas off of and spark new ideas.
I feel that for my level of experience and knowledge in my industry that I should be making more than I am. I feel that I am not being utilized to the full extent of my potential and that FMB is missing out on that.
