We don't make the same as other banks in the area, especially for platform or bankers. Our benefits are not very good we have terrible insurance.
Reflecting that they care about ALL employees. The banking centers often get overlooked on activities, engagement and many other things even though they are the only ones customers normally ever see.
We are one of the lowest paying banks in the area despite being one of the largest. Our insurance isn't good. Our goals have raised so much they have become extremely hard to achieve and they pay out if we do is less than before.
Communicating with branches, ask for their advice since we are the front facing of the customers. Better pay, we are one of the lowest paid banks in the area but we keep growing. Platform staff has not gotten a pay raise to keep up with the SA's raises so not much incentive to grow
