The company is certainly invested in the growth of its employees.
The biggest issue right now is the DMI conversion. For my branch, the transition has not been smooth for our customers. Systems and processes are the other biggest concerns. Changes will happen next year, but many recognize we will still have several of the same pain points.
The leadership team needs to understand the inefficiencies that plague the banking centers. We admittedly run lean as a company, but because of the inefficiencies with systems and processes, it puts a lot of stress on the banking centers. Feedback is bubbled up, but rarely makes its way back down
