
At first it was going well until I noticed the company asks for employees to do more than their job description. Also the constant changes of the rules to the bank really effected my personal life outside of work. I feel I am not compensated fairly from when I first started to now

Being able to make the environment fun. It's a nice feeling being happy coming to work because of the relationship you have with team members
I put in more work and effect to not only improve my work but others as well. I would feel better if compensation was fair and be expected to get a raise when needed not a year and only for a few cents
The working conditions are terrible. I come to work not being able to breathe because the "leaders" believe it is okay. I believe this can be improved by closing down the bank a few days or hours out the week. Also, by sending employees to other branches to not breathe in this environment.
